Hello! My name is Grace, I have a Master of Social Work degree and over eight years of experience in the mental health field. I began working in mental health at 17 years old and have had the opportunity to work in inpatient, crisis, and community settings. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Millersville University and my Master of Social Work from Walden University.
As a therapist, I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking about the difficult things in life. My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and welcoming environment where clients feel heard and supported. I enjoy helping clients build coping skills, recognize their strengths, and better understand the relationships and experiences that shape their lives.
I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families. I have experience supporting individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, ADHD, and a variety of other mental health and behavioral concerns.
Outside of work you can find me crocheting, reading, spending time outdoors, traveling, or being with my loved ones. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients and families as they navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and create positive change. I look forward to getting to know you!
