Chloe Marks

Life can feel overwhelming, and having support can make all the difference. For this reason, I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, validated, and safe in expressing themselves in session.

During the therapy process, clients can expect to explore their emotions, functions, and life experiences to increase self-awareness, challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and develop healthy coping skills. I offer both in-person and telehealth services, and am a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, life transitions, and other challenges. Person-centered and trauma-informed, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients achieve their treatment goals.

Remember that no feeling is too small, or too overwhelming, to bring into therapy. Reaching out for support is a courageous step! You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.”
