Tara Rosado

Hello! My name is Tara and I am super excited to be joining the clinical team at Restore counseling! I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a focus on fostering mental well-being and personal growth.

I graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2018 with a Masters degree in professional counseling. For the last six years I have worked as a family based therapist involving individual sessions, parent sessions, and family sessions. During this employment I completed an extensive training program for ecosystemic structural family therapy. I have worked with children as young as 5 years old and a wide range of parent / guardian dynamics.

My clinical approach combines evidence-based practices with empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of collaboration and am committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey to healing and self-discovery. When I’m not working, I enjoy quality time with my friends and family, exploring nature, and engaging in activities focused on self-care. I look forward to having the opportunity to meet you!
