Brittany Osteen

Hi! My name is Brittany and I’m a licensed professional counselor and certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor. Whatever “it” is, you deserve to talk about it. Life is rough and you are worthy of the time and help to work through it. You can overcome. In my sessions, I aim for teamwork to build a non-judgmental space for exploration to come to your own conclusions, find peace, confidence, and purpose.

I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life concerns. My primary areas of focus include faith-based counseling (upon request), veteran mental health, inmate mental health, grief and loss, life adjustments and transitions, relationship problems, boundary development, and general processing of life experiences. I use person centered counseling techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more based on the needs of each individual client.

In 2019. I graduated with a masters in art therapy and counseling from Drexel University and interned at the Women’s Veterans Center in Philadelphia. Directly after graduation I worked at an inpatient substance abuse treatment center and then at an outpatient substance abuse treatment center in Lancaster, PA.

In my free time, you’ll catch me listening to music, enjoying time with friends and family, and being creative.
