Hello! My name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. I am currently in the process of obtaining my LPC. It is both a privilege and an honor to walk alongside you in your journey. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where each person’s story is valued and respected. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based care, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, older adults, and families to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, addiction, and trauma. Whether you are navigating life transitions, working through painful experiences, or striving to build resilience, I am committed to helping you access your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
In 2024, I graduated from Lock Haven University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in the Military/Veteran track. After graduation, I worked at an outpatient methadone clinic and substance abuse partial hospitalization.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, being in nature, and spending time with my husband and family.
