How Do I Schedule School-Based Therapy for my Student?
Scheduling an appointment for your student is easy. We are ready to assist you!
- Complete a referral form. You may reach out to a school counselor for a referral form or contact us directly at info@restorecounselingservice.com. Please include front and back images of your insurance card with your referral form.
- Complete an intake for the student. Upon receipt of your referral form, we will contact you to schedule an initial appointment called an intake. The intake appointment is like an introduction; it is an opportunity for us to get to know the student’s background and the challenges he or she is experiencing. An intake appointment can take place in person or virtually, whichever is more convenient.
- Schedule with a therapist. Once the intake is completed, we will schedule the student with a therapist. You may also reach out directly to a therapist on the Eastern Lancaster County School District team to schedule an appointment after your intake is complete.

Hello! My name is LeeAnn. I graduated from Capella University with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Before this, I attended Walden University and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology. My associate’s degree was earned at Delaware Technical and Community College in Human Services.
I look to meet my clients where they currently are and empower them to make the changes, they want to make for themselves by offering a listening, non-judgmental ear, highlighting strengths, connecting them to needed and helpful resources, and any other professional assistance I can offer to bring hope and joy to my clients.
I have worked in various settings within the mental health field, outpatient therapy, community, home, and school settings. I have worked in Lancaster County for 10+ years and pride myself on working with the various ethnic and cultural groups that make Lancaster County so diverse.
At Restore Counseling, I do outpatient therapy and school-based counseling with Pequea Valley School District and Eastern Lancaster County School District. I am also in the process of completing my work and supervision hours needed to obtain my LPC. My main overall career goal is Equine Therapy, as I have a passion for horses, and grew up riding them.

Hi! My name is Hannah and I have a passion for empowering clients by supporting them in building resilience and fostering personal growth. I am a graduate of Millersville University with a master’s degree in clinical psychology and I hold a license (LPC) and national certification (NCC) in counseling. I have experience working in outpatient and school-based settings treating children, adolescents, and young adults. I am an advocate for early engagement in therapy as it can be a valuable tool for allowing clients to take ownership of their mental health and learn foundational skills that can be carried into adulthood.
I am committed to providing a therapeutic environment that nurtures trust and respect. I like to meet individuals where they are by offering empathy, validation, acceptance, and guidance. I take an eclectic, strengths-based approach to therapy to fit the unique needs of each client. I tend to include techniques from cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), and humanistic therapy. With my younger clients, I enjoy using art, music, movement, and play therapy activities in sessions to promote expression and skill building. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, grief/loss, relational conflict, self-esteem issues, suicidal thoughts, and trauma.
I am here to help my clients feel seen and valued. I strive to build meaningful connections that allow for safe exploration of one’s inner thoughts and feelings as we work together to identify challenges and barriers to growth. In turn, we can create change that aids in overall well-being. In my free time, I enjoy being with friends and family, visiting new places, going to concerts, making new recipes, antiquing/thrifting, and listening to a good book or podcast.
