Hi! I’m Victoria Lopez, a Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have experience working with individuals across all age groups and particularly enjoy working with children. I am passionate about helping young people navigate life’s challenges, develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and gain confidence in themselves.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, recognizing that emotional, mental, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being are all interconnected. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to pursue meaningful growth and healing. I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.
My goal is to help clients develop practical tools to manage emotions, navigate life’s challenges, improve relationships, and build resilience. I strive to empower clients to better understand themselves, identify their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
