Hello, I’m Ashlee! I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Bachelor of Social Work from Liberty University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. I am currently working towards my Licensed Clinical Social Work license as well. I have spent the past five years working within the school setting, primarily supporting elementary-aged students as they navigate social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
My approach to therapy is strength-based and client-centered, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where children and their families feel heard and understood. I believe every child has unique strengths and abilities, and I aim to build upon those strengths while helping clients develop the skills and confidence, they need to thrive.
Through my experience in schools, I have developed a passion for helping children build emotional awareness, healthy coping strategies, positive relationships, and practical social-emotional skills. I look forward to partnering with children and families as they work toward meaningful growth and positive change.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, running half-marathons, and reading. I look forward to working alongside you as you continue to grow and prosper on this journey!
