I became a therapist because I care deeply about people and the power of human connection. I believe everyone has “golden threads”, parts of themselves that are steady, strong, and good. The golden threads in me naturally look for and connect with the golden threads in others, and that guides how I show up in this work. I value healing that comes from honest questions, exploring possibilities, and slowing down to notice what truly matters to you. We all want to feel less alone, less stuck, and more understood.
In therapy, I partner with you to get clear on your values so you can make choices that align with the life you want to live. My approach is to offer space, support, and a steady presence as you make sense of your story and move toward what feels true for you.
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) working towards clinical licensure (LCSW). Since 2018, I have had the privilege of learning and growing as a Social Worker in school settings and in child welfare. I find deep meaning in collaborating with children, adolescents, and families to facilitate the healing that comes when they feel heard.
