How to Schedule School-Based Therapy Appointment at Linden Hall
Scheduling an appointment for your student is easy. We are ready to assist you!
- Complete a referral form. You may reach out to a school counselor for a referral form or contact us directly at info@restorecounselingservice.com. Please include front and back images of your insurance card with your referral form.
- Complete an intake for the student. Upon receipt of your referral form, we will contact you to schedule an initial appointment called an intake. The intake appointment is like an introduction; it is an opportunity for us to get to know the student’s background and the challenges he or she is experiencing. An intake appointment can take place in person or virtually, whichever is more convenient.
- Schedule with a therapist. Once the intake is completed, we will schedule the student with our Linden Hall school-based therapist, Maggie Palfi. You may also reach out directly to Maggie to schedule an appointment after your intake is complete.

Hi there! I’m Maggie, and I am a licensed social worker (LSW), currently working towards my clinical license (LCSW). I graduated with my master’s degree in social work from West Chester University in 2023 and am so thrilled to be starting my journey in the mental health field with Restore Counseling.
I started my career as an intake caseworker with Children and Youth Services and have worked in school and outpatient settings. Through these opportunities, I have discovered my passion for working with children and adolescents and guiding them as they discover their feelings, thoughts, and environments. I utilize the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) model, motivational interviewing, a person-centered approach, and active listening. I am passionate about trauma-informed care and am planning to become certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I know that therapy can be an overwhelming adventure, and I strive to make the environment comfortable and welcoming for all. I take a positive, empathetic approach, and let every client know that they are valued, heard, and accepted.
I am a certified dog lover, a great friend, and an athlete! I enjoy being active and practicing self-care with running and doing CrossFit. I strive to practice mindfulness, positivity, and happiness in this busy life, and my goal is to always remind those around me that they are loved. I can’t wait to continue growing with Restore, and I am excited for our journey together!
